Blacknose Dace

Blacknose Dace

The Blacknose Dace streamer fly pattern was created by Art Flick and was introduced in 1947 [1] . It imitates the blacknose dace fish with the solid black lateral line and light back. This minnow is found along the southern border of Canada from Manitoba to the East coast and South along the East coast of the United States, as far as South Carolina and Georgia. [2]
