To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be defective or damaged upon receipt. We will not exchange items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at sales@candymountainholler.com to obtain an RMA #. This RMA # must be included in the package when you return the item. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. If your exchange request is approved, we will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible. If the item is out of stock, we will issue you a refund.
If your exchange request is rejected, we will provide you with an explanation for the rejection and return the original item to you.
